It depends on the shipping terms of your order:

• For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) orders:​ No, you do not. Under DDP terms, all customs clearance and tax payments are handled by our carrier and their agent. You only need to wait for the local courier to deliver the package to your door.
  
• For DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) orders:​ Yes, you do. You are responsible for handling customs clearance and paying any applicable import duties and taxes. The local courier will contact you directly if any action is required from your side.

For the DDP channel, packages are shipped via consolidated charter flights. Tracking numbers remain inactive while the goods are in transit and being cleared by the agent. Updates will only appear once the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local courier.

Free & auto-ship: Distillers <100L​ + most accessories—order now, we start production/shipping right away.
