Heat Exchange Circulating Saccharification System Double Barrel: The left side is a saccharification/boiling barrel (containing a filtering barrel and two sieve plates), and the right side is a heat exchange/washing barrel (containing a heat exchange coil),  which meets several functions of beer brewing: saccharification, washing, boiling, rotary sedimentation, filtration, etc. It is equipped with a pump, a touch screen PLC control system, a stainless steel butterfly valve and hard pipeline, and a shallow cone bottom barrel to reduce wort loss and facilitate cleaning and drainage.
Compared with single barrel mash in a regular cycle, it has the following advantages: saccharification is based on the principle of heat exchange, which means that the wort is heated and kept at a constant temperature through the heat exchange barrel coil instead of being directly heated by an electric heater. This can avoid the risk of saccharification sticking in the integrated machine, and the saccharification temperature is more uniform, resulting in higher sugar efficiency.
The charging principle is the same as the 'American Three Bucket', the difference is that the three barrels have independent saccharification barrels, but the double barrels are more economical and cost-effective.
