Rapid Heating
It features a 24kW electric steam generator for heating, offering high power and rapid heating, but requires 3ph and 380V to operate. However, we can customize a system to suit your country's voltage and power requirements.
Automatic Feeding
Equipped with a 180W peristaltic pump, it can be started with one button on the PLC. The maximum power is 12L/minute. You can adjust the flow rate of the peristaltic pump as needed while working.
Temporary Storage Tank
This storage tank is used with a 330W diaphragm pump. Before starting distillation, the peristaltic pump needs to be connected to the fermentation tank to pump the fermentation liquid into the storage tank. During distillation, it is essential to ensure that there is always fermentation liquid in the storage tank; otherwise, distillation cannot proceed normally.
PLC Control System
Featuring an PLC control, this continuous distillation equipment allows real-time temperature monitoring at key positions. It integrates control switches for various pumps and valves, supports auto/manual modes, and includes CIP cleaning and multi-column control functions, enabling intelligent distillation process management for enhanced efficiency and quality.
Versatile Application
Equipped with a CIP cleaning system (1.5KW centrifugal pump and pipeline cleaning unit), it can be controlled via PLC. This enables efficient cleaning of pipelines and columns, ensuring hygiene and extending equipment lifespan. This automated cleaning solution simplifies maintenance; optimal cleaning results are achieved with just a few clicks on the PLC control panel, making your distillation process more reliable and meeting stringent hygiene standards.
